We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, and need all items to be in their original condition. All returns are made through our return portal below, making the return process as easy as possible.
We charge a return fee for every return, please see the cost for your specific country below:
DENMARK: DKK 39.-
EUROPE – Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden: €10
EUROPE – Austria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Portugal, Spain : €15
By ‘original condition’, we mean that all products you return must be in the same condition as you received them, with hang tags attached and original packaging. Returned items must not be used, washed, or altered in any way.
You are entitled to one return label per order. If you need an extra return label, please contact our customer service team at customercare@rhoweactive.com
We reserve the right to reject returns sent after the allowed return period of 14 days and/or not following the return policy in any way. In the case of a rejected return, we may return the items to your primary shipping address at your own expense to cover shipping costs.
If you wish to return an order, please register your return below. You will receive return instructions after choosing your country.
We aim to process your return and issue a refund within 7-14 days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or size, please return the unwanted item and place a new order. We do not offer exchanges.
Each item will be inspected upon receipt. If we receive a returned item in unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund, and failure to comply with this return policy may result in suspension according to our fair use policy.
You are responsible for the items you return until we receive them. Always keep the return receipt from the shipping company.
We are not liable for items incorrectly returned to us.
If items are damaged or defective upon delivery, please always contact customer care at customercare@rhoweactive.com. You will then be asked to return the items and receive a full refund.
